DELIVERY: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The delivery fee of 70 MDL is available exclusively within the city limits of Chișinău for purchases up to 699 MDL.
Delivery days are Monday and Thursday, between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
Same-Day Delivery and Peak Hours:
A fee will be applied for deliveries during peak hours and spontaneous requests (e.g., deliveries within one hour or at a specific time, outside standard delivery hours), which will be DETERMINED IN COORDINATION WITH THE FLORAL SOUL TEAM. These deliveries will be made exclusively with online payment (via Paynet or through the website).
Deliveries Outside Chișinău:
For suburbs and locations outside the municipality of Chișinău, deliveries are available for a fee.
The delivery charge will be determined in coordination with the Floral Soul team, based on the distance to the location and the size of the order.
